This is the true story of a man who never missed an opportunity to vote. Mr. Shyam Saran Negi, a school teacher from a remote village in the foothills of the Himalayas, voted in every General Election since 1951. Mr. Negi passed away on November 5, 2022. This is a small tribute to him.
